These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and RKBHM Studios ("KAMPEA", "we", "us", or "our"), the developer and operator of KAMPEA®.
By downloading, installing, activating, or using the KAMPEA desktop application or any associated services (collectively, the "Software"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the Software.
KAMPEA® is a Windows desktop application designed for professional photographers and photography studios. The Software provides the following features:
The Software integrates with Google Drive for photo storage and Google Sign-In for authentication. Photos uploaded through KAMPEA are stored in your own Google Drive account and are never stored on KAMPEA's servers.

You sign in to KAMPEA using your Google account via Google OAuth. You are responsible for:
KAMPEA is a single-user desktop application. You may not share your login credentials or subscription access with other individuals or studios. Each subscription is valid for one user account.
KAMPEA operates on a subscription model. The following plans are currently available:

Subscription fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice. Custom or enterprise plans may be available — contact us at [email protected].
Subscriptions are not auto-renewed. You must manually renew before your plan expires to continue accessing premium features.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway in India. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking.
All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases where KAMPEA's core functionality was completely unavailable for a sustained period due to an error on our part.
We strongly encourage you to use the free Trial plan before purchasing a paid subscription. The Trial plan is specifically designed to let you evaluate KAMPEA's features before committing.
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations only:
To request a refund, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase, with your transaction ID and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable subscription fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use KAMPEA on a Windows device that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business photography workflow.

You agree to use KAMPEA only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not use the Software to:
Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
You retain full ownership of all photos, albums, invoices, and other content you create or upload through KAMPEA ("Your Content"). We do not claim any ownership over Your Content.
By using KAMPEA, you represent and warrant that:
KAMPEA is a tool. You are solely responsible for the content you process and the way you use the Software with your clients.
KAMPEA integrates with Google Drive and other third-party services to deliver its features. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms:
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of these third-party services. If Google Drive is unavailable, KAMPEA's photo upload and album features will be affected. We will not be held liable for any such third-party service interruptions.
KAMPEA may release updates from time to time to add features, fix bugs, improve performance, or address security issues. Updates may be delivered automatically through the in-app update system.
We will endeavour to maintain backward compatibility wherever possible, but cannot guarantee it in all cases.
We aim to keep KAMPEA's server-side services (dashboard, photo sharing, selection workflow, E-Album access) available at all times. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or third-party service failures may cause temporary unavailability.
We are not liable for any loss of income, business opportunities, or other damages arising from service downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and communicate any planned maintenance in advance where possible.
KAMPEA®, the KAMPEA logo, and all associated software, designs, code, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of RKBHM Studios and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the KAMPEA name, logo, or branding in any manner without our prior written consent.
KAMPEA is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the Software will meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RKBHM Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use KAMPEA.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your current KAMPEA subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time.
You may stop using KAMPEA at any time. Uninstalling the application ends your use of the Software. Note that data stored on KAMPEA's servers (events, selections, invoices, etc.) may be retained per our data retention policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if:
Upon termination, your license to use KAMPEA immediately ends. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of KAMPEA after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Software.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of KAMPEA shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
