KAMPEA® ("KAMPEA", "we", "us", or "our") is a professional photography business software product developed and operated by RKBHM Studios, based in Kolkata, India.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By downloading, installing, or using KAMPEA, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Your photos are never stored on KAMPEA servers. When you upload photos through KAMPEA, they are uploaded directly to your own Google Drive account. KAMPEA only stores metadata (file names, counts, links) — never the actual photo files.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating KAMPEA.
KAMPEA uses the Google Drive API to upload your photos and album pages to your own Google Drive account. By signing in with Google, you grant KAMPEA permission to create folders and upload files on your behalf.
Google's handling of your data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
All third-party service providers are used solely to operate KAMPEA and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
When you use KAMPEA to share photos with your clients, your clients interact with our platform via a gallery link protected by an Event ID and PIN. We collect only what is necessary to operate the selection workflow (which photos they selected/rejected and when they submitted).
As the photographer using KAMPEA, you are responsible for ensuring you have your clients' consent to process and share their photos through the platform. KAMPEA provides the tools; you are the data controller with respect to your clients' information.
We do not contact your clients directly, market to them, or use their selection data for any purpose beyond delivering it to you within the app.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Specifically:

No system is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and device secure.
KAMPEA is a professional business software intended for adult photography studio owners and photographers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or an in-app notice.
Continued use of KAMPEA after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
