โ†’

File size is approximately 80โ€“150 MB. Download time depends on your internet speed.

2

Run the Installer

Once the download is complete, locate the .exe file and double-click it to start the installation.

โ†’

Windows may show a "Windows protected your PC" warning from SmartScreen. This is normal for new apps. Click "More info" and then "Run anyway" to proceed.

โ†’

The installer will guide you through the setup. Click Next to accept the default installation folder, or choose a custom location.

โ†’

Click Install. The installation will take less than a minute. Click Finish when done.

3

Launch KAMPEA

After installation, KAMPEA will appear on your Desktop and in the Start Menu. Double-click the KAMPEA icon to open the app.

โ†’

The app will start and show the KAMPEA login screen. Wait a few seconds for it to fully load.

โ†’

Make sure your internet connection is active โ€” KAMPEA requires internet access to authenticate and sync data.

4

Sign In with Google

KAMPEA uses Google Sign-In for authentication. You do not need to create a separate password.

โ†’

Click "Sign in with Google" on the login screen. A browser window will open with Google's login page.

โ†’

Select your Google account (or enter your email and password if not already signed in).

โ†’

Google will ask for permission to let KAMPEA access your Google Drive. Click "Allow". This permission is required to upload photos and albums to your Drive.

โ†’

Once authorized, the browser will close automatically and KAMPEA will open your dashboard.

๐Ÿ”’ KAMPEA never sees or stores your Google password. Authentication is handled entirely by Google's secure OAuth system. Your photos are uploaded to your own Google Drive โ€” not KAMPEA's servers.

5

Activate Your Subscription

After signing in, you will be on the KAMPEA dashboard. If you are on the free Trial plan, you can start using the app immediately.

โ†’

To upgrade to a paid plan, go to the Subscription section inside the app or visit our pricing page.

โ†’

Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. After payment, your plan will activate instantly within the app.

6

You're Ready to Go

KAMPEA is now installed and active. Here's what you can do next:

โ†’

Create your first Event โ€” Add an event name and date. KAMPEA will generate an Event ID and PIN for client access.

โ†’

Upload photos โ€” Select photos from your PC and KAMPEA will compress, watermark (optional), and upload them to your Google Drive.

โ†’

Share the gallery link โ€” Send your client the private link with their Event ID and PIN. They can view and select photos from any device.

Common Issues

Windows SmartScreen is blocking the installer

Click "More info" on the SmartScreen popup, then click "Run anyway". This warning appears because KAMPEA is a newer app and not yet widely distributed. It is safe to proceed.

Google sign-in page is not opening

Make sure you have a default browser set on your PC (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox). If no browser opens, try setting a default browser in Windows Settings and restarting KAMPEA.

App shows "No internet connection" error

KAMPEA requires an active internet connection. Check your Wi-Fi or ethernet connection and try again. If the issue persists, restart your router and relaunch the app.

The app is not launching after installation

Try right-clicking the KAMPEA icon and selecting "Run as administrator". If it still doesn't open, restart your PC and try again. If the issue continues, contact us at [email protected].

Google Drive permission was denied โ€” photos not uploading

Sign out from KAMPEA, sign back in, and when Google asks for Drive permission, make sure to click "Allow". Without this permission, photo upload will not work.

How do I update KAMPEA to the latest version?

KAMPEA checks for updates automatically when you open the app. If an update is available, you will see a notification. Click "Update Now" to download and install the latest version.
